1. Sales & Business Management
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Analyse sales performance and propose promotional activities.
Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and product freshness.
2. Store Operations Management
Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and brand visual standards.
Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and cold-chain requirements.
Control store operating costs within the approved budget.
3. People Management
Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge and customer service.
Conduct performance evaluations and handle discipline issues when necessary.
4. Customer Service
Ensure customers receive accurate product and nutrition consultation.
Resolve customer complaints and in-store issues promptly.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare sales, inventory, and manpower reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Vinamilk operating procedures.
Be accountable for store audit results.

Yêu cầu công việc
University required.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a retail store (FMCG preferred) / Fashion store / Restaurant.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced retail operations.
Communicating in English.
