1. Sales & Business Management

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Analyse sales performance and propose promotional activities.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and product freshness.

• Ability to identify, acquire, and develop new customers

2. Store Operations Management

• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and brand visual standards.

• Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and cold-chain requirements.

• Control store operating costs within the approved budget.

3. People Management

• Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.

• Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge and customer service.

• Conduct performance evaluations and handle discipline issues when necessary.

4. Customer Service

• Ensure customers receive accurate product and nutrition consultation.

• Resolve customer complaints and in-store issues promptly.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare sales, inventory, and manpower reports.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Vinamilk operating procedures.

• Be accountable for store audit results.

• University required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a retail store (FMCG preferred) / Fashion store / Restaurant.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced retail operations.

• Communicating in English.

• Ability to communicate in Vietnamese is a plus
