JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

1. Power BI Development & Reporting

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support Distribution performance monitoring and management reporting needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and visually effective reporting for internal stakeholders.

2. Data Management & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with the Distribution Data Warehouse project and other related systems to ensure high levels of data quality and integrity.
• Conduct regular data checks, validations, and discrepancy resolution.

3. Business Analysis & Insight Generation

• Prepare analytical insights and presentation decks for senior management, including performance reviews and business updates.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

4. Campaign & Budget Coordination

• Prepare resolutions for internal campaign approvals and coordinate required submissions to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting processes related to distribution activities and ensured proper documentation and tracking.

5. Partnership Reporting & Sales Support

• Maintain and update partnership reporting, including source-of-referral and referral information.
• Provide timely support to internal sales teams with reporting and data clarification.

6. Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years experience in reporting or analytics.
• Strong Power BI dashboard and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of data quality, validation, and analysis.
• Experience supporting distribution/sales, campaigns, and budgeting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
