Position Overview
Responsible for managing all office and branch lease activities, including agreements, renewals, negotiations, landlord coordination, and ensuring sites meet operational and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and organize all lease agreements and documents.
• Track lease expiry dates and support renewal or relocation decisions.
• Assist in rental negotiations and prepare required documents.
• Coordinate with landlords, Finance, Facility, and Project teams.
• Monitor rental expenses, verify invoices, and update lease records.
• Conduct site inspections for handover, compliance, and readiness.
• Manage lease termination or relocation processes.
• Prepare monthly lease status reports and maintain lease tracking tools.
• Recommend improvements for cost efficiency and process enhancement
