1. Sales Performance & Target Achievement

• Supervise and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against assigned targets
• Monitor sales results, analyze performance gaps, and propose corrective actions
• Support implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns

2. Team Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team targets
• Assign daily duties and manage staff schedules effectively
• Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and performance
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentoring to improve product knowledge and selling skills

3. Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure high levels of customer service and professional selling behavior
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

4. Store Operations Support

• Ensure proper merchandise display, pricing accuracy, and product availability
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and report shortages or damages
• Ensure store cleanliness, layout, and visual merchandising standards are maintained

5. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and submit daily sales reports, staff performance summaries, and other required reports
• Maintain proper documentation related to sales, promotions, and store operations
• Communicate sales updates and operational issues to management

6. Compliance & Policy Adherence

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
• Enforce health, safety, and security guidelines within the store
• Support internal audits and loss prevention initiatives

7. Coordination & Other Duties

• Coordinate with other departments such as Inventory, Marketing, Finance, and HR
• Support new store openings, promotions, and special events
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in modern trade, supermarket, or FMCG retail is preferred
