- Develop, implement, and monitor SHE policies and procedures in line with ISO standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SHE regulations and ISO requirements.
- Provide training and support to employees on SHE practices and ISO standards.Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation related to SHE and ISO processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.        
- Carry out work in accordance with the safety, occupational health and environment policy of the agency by preparing and presenting a plan for safety, occupational health and the environment and implementing the work in accordance with the occupational safety and health plan.        
- Support, follow up, summarize, report on the results of the management of occupational safety and health in accordance with the safety plan.
- Implement reports, coordinate, control and monitor the operations of relevant agencies to ensure that operations are in accordance with safety laws. Occupational health, as well as monitoring the reporting of legal documents to government agencies
- Control and conduct risk assessment, Enforce preventive measure         
- Draft quality policies and procedures, and oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure  effective and efficient implementation of the QMS and attainment of goals and objectives
- Interact with manufacturing process to ensure quality control is properly injected at key and critical inspections points,Draft and implement quality control plan for production, as well as research and development, low quantity/prototype actions          
- Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.        
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SHE management, preferably in the paint or manufacturing industry.        
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).        
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.        
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SHE management software.        
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops effectively.
