- Lead and manage the end-to-end mass recruitment process to achieve hiring targets.- Supervise and develop the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment performance.- Develop employer branding strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.- Organize job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment activities.- Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.- Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyze hiring performance, and improve recruitment efficiency.- Oversee onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including 3 years in mass recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent acquisition.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS, and local labor regulations.- Good command of English and Thai languages.
