A. Tax & Accounting Technical Leadership

• Deliver both tax advisory and practical implementation support:
  • Corporate tax advisory
  • Compliance structuring
  • Tax health checks and audits support
• Directly supervise and participate in accounting engagements:
  • Monthly bookkeeping and closing
  • Financial statements preparation
  • Tax-related accounting support

• Oversee delivery of:
  • Bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Financial statement preparation (IFRS / group reporting)
  • Payroll and statutory compliance

• Ensure compliance with Cambodian accounting standards and regulations

B. Business Development

• Drive significant revenue origination 
• Manage multinational clients and regional tax engagements
• Lead large proposals and cross-border projects
• Collaborate across global network firms
• Develop business through local market networks and relationships
• Identify opportunities from compliance clients and convert to accounting & tax jobs.
• More direct involvement in proposal drafting and pricing
• Cross-sell tax services with audit and advisory teams

C. Client Relationship Management

• Manage key accounts and large multinational clients
• Engage with C-suite and top management
• Maintain close, relationship-driven client engagement
• Act as trusted advisor for SMEs and local conglomerates
• More frequent direct interaction with business owners and finance teams

D. Department Management

• Manage engagement portfolio focusing on:
  • Budgeting and Actual Analysis
  • Billing management
  • Client retention
  • Staff management and allocation
• Direct involvement in training, coaching, and performance management
• Participate actively in recruitment.
• Play a key role in building and expanding accounting & tax service lines

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or CPA / ACCA
• Accounting & tax specialization is highly preferred
• At least 10 years Big 4 or international accounting firm background
• Strong experience with cross-border taxation, accounting and transfer pricing
• Proven track record in revenue generation and client portfolio management
• Tax audit defense and dispute handling
• Ability to deliver implementable, compliance-focused solutions
