• Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and oversee financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local standards.

- Utilize Xero or QuickBooks for client needs, including COA creation.

- Review team’s financial reports and monthly tax declarations.

- Provide guidance and training on financial preparation and tax compliance.

• Tax Compliance:

- Manage tax filings (VAT, Profit Tax, WHT) to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Liaise with tax authorities and auditors to resolve queries and facilitate audits.

• Team Management:

- Lead and mentor accounting team, fostering skill development and efficiency.

- Delegate tasks and ensure accuracy in team deliverables.

• Audits and Compliance:

- Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.

• Client Support:

- Provide financial consultancy and solutions for complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the top management team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 years in a senior or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.

• Experience in financial reporting, tax filings, and audits.

• Proficient in Xero or QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and other accounting software.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
