Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of training programs that strengthen employee performance, support business goals, and build a learning culture across companies.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement training plans aligned with company needs and growth goals.
● Assess training needs across departments and identify skill gaps.
● Design engaging onboarding, technical, and soft-skill learning programs.
● Coordinate internal trainers, external vendors, and training F&B.
● Track training effectiveness and report results to management.
● Maintain training records, materials, and learning content updates.
● Support performance improvement through coaching and follow-up actions.

● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
● Minimum 7 years of experience in training, learning & development.
● Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and program coordination.
● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to assess training needs and translate them into practical solutions.
● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS or training tools is a plus.
● Experience in bakery or F&B is an advantage.
● Strong leadership mindset with the ability to work across teams.
