A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Review and evaluate loan applications to customer locations (business locations) and complete loan documentation by loan officers. 
  • Supervise and manage the processes and procedures of loan granting, loan collection, and loan settlement of credit officers.
  • Monitor and plan annual, monthly, and weekly loan (sales) placements for credit officers.
  • Study, evaluate, and collect information on potential operating areas and target areas (villages/communes): customer behavior, occupation, economic situation, credit history, land situation, infrastructure, competitor strategies and products.
  • Manage the quality of the loan portfolio and participate in resolving overdue or at-risk loans in a timely manner and report to the branch manager.
  • Maintain good customer service and market share by resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, understanding customer concerns, and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular training on credit policies to staff who manage and supervise, monitor, encourage and support staff performance.
  • Report to the branch director on work results and problems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, General Management, or equivalent business degree
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in providing credit in the microfinance or banking sector
  • Knowledgeable in management and leadership
  • Have problem-solving skills, foresight, and initiative
  • Good communication, friendly, honest, and highly responsible.
  • Willing to work in provinces or rural areas.
