Configure, manage, and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Provide Tier 2 level support for Microsoft products include Office 365 suite, Defender, Intune, Entra ID, etc Assist in planning, deploying, and managing Microsoft solutions, including Mail box migration and domain DNS configuration. Configure and monitor security settings, including MFA, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and email security rules. Up to date Microsoft CSP products license model and pricing include O365, Windows Licensing. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Office 365, including email delivery, authentication, and synchronization errors. Configure, deploy, and maintain call center software and hardware systems (ARIA CC and 3CX) Good knowledge in performance of PBX systems, IVR, ACD, and dialers. Diagnose and resolve issues related to telephony, software, and network connectivity. Integrate call center systems with CRM and other business applications if customer required. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and offer tailored solutions.
