• Manage daily work activities for security personnel appropriately according to each work target, such as parking locations, market entrances, offices, and other designated targets.

• Conduct training for staff on skills such as patrolling, reporting, policies and procedures, security, etc.
• Organize night patrols to monitor the storage of materials by employees and vendors. Ensure that all materials are stored properly and safely. If there are any signs of abnormality, report them to the relevant department immediately.
• Investigate and identify suspicious persons or situations that may pose a danger to employees, guests, and business owners, and provide guidance and take proactive and timely measures to prevent such problems from occurring.
• Be able to check the expiration date of fire extinguishers, know how to use them correctly, and be able to use them according to the actual situation.
• Manage and prevent fire problems and report them to the fire department in a timely manner to avoid serious losses.
• There must be good relations with local authorities to obtain good cooperation and timely intervention when there is a problem that requires a request for intervention from local authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Market Operations Manager.

• Minimum educational level is grade 12 (with a bachelor's degree)
