Job Summary
Modern Gas Co Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to support daily finance operations in Phnom Penh. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong career in accounting, customer collections, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities
● Record and monitor customer invoices, receipts, and payment due dates accurately.
● Follow up on outstanding balances and support timely collections with customers.
● Reconcile AR ledgers and resolve billing or payment discrepancies with care.
● Prepare aging reports and assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
● Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate account updates.
● Maintain organized documentation for invoices, receipts, and related records.
● Support audits and comply with company accounting policies and procedures.

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or AR experience is an advantage.
● Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software is preferred.
● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
● Good communication skills in Khmer; English is an advantage.
● Ability to work responsibly, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team.
● Honest, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced trading environment.
