Accounting & Data Entry
• Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system
• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
• Maintain proper accounting records and well-organized documentation

Customer Credit & Accounts Receivable Follow-Up
• Monitor and manage customer credit balances
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to resolve payment issues

Transaction & Cash Handling
• Accurately record cash, bank, and credit transactions
• Track daily and monthly cash flow
• Assist with bank reconciliations

Reporting & Support
• Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Support month-end closing activities
• Assist the senior accountant and management as required

Compliance & Control
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information
• Support audit and internal control processes

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Experience in data entry, accounts receivable follow-up, and cash handling

Education
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas)
• Familiarity with accounting software (training will be provided if required)
• Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills
