A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Check, approve, and confirm purchase orders to ensure all criteria in PO are completed.
  • Create voyages and create AP invoice Journals in D365 for landed cost transactions.
  • Prepare the Master Summary Costing on a monthly basic to make sure all data is included.
  • Create new SKUs and update pricing to ensure consistency between DMS and D365.
  • Control and manage the fixed asset process from registration to disposal.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

职位要求

•   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•   Strong proficiency in English communication, including both written and spoken skills.

•   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong     advantage.

•  Good team management and collaboration skills.

•  Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
