• Oversee and manage the full costing process (materials, labor, and overhead)
• Prepare detailed cost analysis and reports for management
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing systems
• Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy
