• Support the Senior Merchandiser in handling buyer communications and follow-ups.
• Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories based on buyer requirements.
• Track sample development stages (proto, fit, size set, PP, and shipment samples).
• Maintain and update order tracking sheets, T&A calendars, and sample status reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, QA, planning, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor production progress to ensure timely shipments.
•Prepare and submit required documents to buyers (e.g., BOM, costing sheets, lab dips).
• Ensure buyer approvals are received on time for all trims, fabric, and samples.
• Attend meetings and update the merchandising team with progress reports.
• Assist in quality checks of pre-shipment samples if needed.
 

• 2 years of experience in garment merchandising or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and textile terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or merchandising software.
• Familiarity with international buyer standards (e.g., H&M, Zara, Nike, etc.).
• Knowledge of compliance, testing, and certification requirements
