A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage daily service bookings, workshop scheduling, and WIP to maximize efficiency

  • Oversee parts sales, inventory control, and merchandise revenue

  • Supervise warranty claims, PDI processes, and body & paint shop operations

  • Train, evaluate, and coach service advisors and technicians to improve performance and customer service

  • Monitor departmental KPIs, gross profit, and generate performance reports

  • Develop service retention programs, customer follow-up processes, and aftersales marketing initiatives

  • Plan and execute sales promotions and collaborate with marketing teams

  • Ensure safety, risk management, attendance tracking, and compliance with company policies

  • Hold a valid driver license
  • Graduated from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service
