Beverage Preparation Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and customer preferences.
Customer Service Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a friendly and efficient service experience.
Cash Handling & POS Operation Process transactions using the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintain a clean and organized workstation, sanitize equipment regularly, and follow food safety standards.
Inventory & Stock Replenishment Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, restock as needed, and report shortages to management.
Team Collaboration Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and support a positive work environment.

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
