A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Check overdue list from collection system, relevant documents,…
  2. Prepare daily plan for call and visit to overdue customers to push payment
  3. Conduct visit overdue customer/current address/workplace and bussiness place
  4. Call and visit to relevant parties, witness and workplace to seek customer’s information or payment
  5. Re-confirm SMS fail with customers or relatives
  6. Negotiate patiently and carefully with difficult customers to efficiency
  7. Visit homeland, collect bad debt and solve problem with customers and relatives
  8. Updating both activity report (Call and visit) in collection system ontime
  9. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result
  10. To facilitate collection activities, building relationship and good communication in team
  11. Provide the supporting to others
  12. Following the policy and internal rule of collection department consistently
  13. Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.

职位要求

  1. Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 or Fresh graduates in finance and banking, business administration, or other related fields.
  2. At least 1-year work experience in MFI or Banking;
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skill;
  4. Confident, Flexible and Creative;
  5. Effectively solve the problem;
  6. Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality;
  7. Fair knowledge of English and Ms. Word, Excel, Email
  8. Good at using technology and smart phone
  9. Experience as credit officer, loan recovery officer, field collector from banking, MDI, MFI or leasing
  10. Other experiences from sales and delivery company are also acceptable
