A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Corporate Governance & Executive Administration

  • Support corporate governance documentation (policies, approvals, registers, meeting minutes, resolutions) and maintain organized records.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, governance calendars, and decision-tracking logs as assigned by the CEO.
  • Prepare executive documents and briefing packs with disciplined version control and confidentiality.

2. Management Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare management reports and dashboards (financial and operational highlights) for CEO review and leadership discussions.
  • Coordinate data collection from departments; validate completeness and consistency of inputs.
  • Maintain action trackers and follow up on key decisions and deliverables across teams.

3. Corporate Finance Support & Analysis

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, business case preparation, and investment analysis activities as assigned.
  • Conduct financial and commercial analysis on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and major expenditures.
  • Coordinate with Finance Manager on reporting requests and ad-hoc analysis needed for management decisions.

4. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination Support

  • Support communication and coordination with key external stakeholders and partners under CEO direction.
  • Prepare presentation materials, briefing notes, and summaries for meetings and partner engagements.
  • Maintain records of commitments, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure structured execution.

5. Cross-Functional Project Coordination

  • Support planning and coordination of cross-functional initiatives (process improvements, governance rollouts, reporting cycles).
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and track progress; identify risks and escalation points to the CEO.
  • Support documentation standards and operating discipline across participating teams.

6. Confidentiality, Ethics & Control Discipline

  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professional judgement.
  • Ensure that executive documentation and approvals follow internal governance requirements.
  • Promote integrity and structured decision-making through clear documentation and evidence discipline.

职位要求

Education & Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Experience (Essential)

  • 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, audit, strategy, corporate governance, or executive support roles.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capability with high attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Word/Excel) and ability to produce executive-ready materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams with deadlines.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism due to exposure to executive-level information.

Experience (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience in audit/consulting firms or regulated industries (financial services, fintech, investment).
  • Exposure to corporate governance processes (board materials, approvals, registers).
  • Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, or investment analysis is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to influence through clarity and structure.
  • Disciplined project coordination and follow-up; strong organization and prioritization.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure; proactive problem solving.

  • Role requires high confidentiality and discretion.
  • May require extended hours to support executive deadlines and urgent coordination needs.
