● Respond to online messages, calls, and patient inquiries in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
● Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information about clinic services.
● Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely responses and smooth patient communication.
● Coordinate with clinic teams to support patient needs and resolve simple service issues.
● Maintain accurate records of messages, appointments, and customer interactions.
● Deliver a caring, positive experience that reflects the clinic’s service standards.

职位要求

● Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
● Good communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
● Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
● Basic computer and smartphone skills for online communication and scheduling.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh, Prampir Meakkakra, and support clinic hours as needed.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple inquiries professionally.
● Willing to learn, adapt quickly, and work well in a team environment.
