  • Check emails and WhatsApp messages daily to receive and process customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare sales orders and issue invoices in a timely and correct manner.
  • Create and update new customer profiles in the system.
  • Update and manage product pricing based on company instructions.
  • Verify customer order history including prices, products, and order frequency.
  • Print and organize invoices in proper serial order for documentation and delivery.
  • Receive and assist walk-in customers with orders, product information, and inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding company products, prices, and promotions.
  • Re-check all WhatsApp and email orders to ensure every order has been properly issued.
  • Prepare invoices in advance for next-day deliveries when receiving orders from the sales team.
  • Record and maintain special price updates in Excel files for reference.
  • Update client-based and product-based pricing accurately in the system.
  • Process shipping commission and support delivery coordination when required.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all customer orders and invoices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

职位要求

  • Minimum high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Friendly, service-minded, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Willing to work overtime when required and be flexible in work schedule.
  • Honest, responsible, and a good team player.
