- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Maintain the hygiene and tidiness of the Customer Service Counter.
- Assisting customer service staff with duties where required and training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Received customer request, write receipt, receive payment from customer and clear payment to accounting.
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints both internal and external.
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
- Prepare Cash collection report for The Elysée, Elite Town, La Seine, and future projects to be included.
- Issue and delegate information and announcements to the customer.
- Join with the sales department to check the handover house to the owner and the Delivery Invoice to the Customer.
- Follow up outstanding fee with house owner or tenants to pay the Space of Rental fee, Electricity fee,
Water fee, Parking fee, Management fee, Property Tax fee, and other fees.
- Access the Car and motorcycle parking card and the Elevator Card.
- Cooperate and process customer concerns and requests to management
- Performing additional duties where needed, as assigned by the Property Manager.

- Finished bachelor's degree, have experience in customer service before, able to speak English and Chinese
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management.
- Proficient computer skills.
