Job Summary
Lead sales and digital marketing initiatives to grow logistics business in Phnom Penh. Drive new client acquisition, strengthen key accounts, and build effective campaigns that increase brand visibility, leads, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales and digital marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
● Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term logistics clients.
● Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Plan and oversee online campaigns to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
● Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to guide decisions.
● Work closely with operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
● Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
● Lead, coach, and support the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● 8+ years experience in sales, business development, or marketing leadership.
● Strong background in logistics, transport, freight, or supply chain industries.
● Proven ability to lead teams, manage key accounts, and close high-value deals.
● Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and CRM tools.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and reporting.
● Self-driven, strategic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
