A Big Opportunity for ...

● Support end-to-end FTTH project implementation, from planning to handover and closeout.
● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to meet schedule and quality targets.
● Review site readiness, installation progress, and technical compliance during field execution.
● Monitor project milestones, track issues, and escalate risks that may affect delivery.
● Ensure work follows engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
● Prepare progress updates, technical reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.

职位要求

● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience in telecom project implementation, preferably with fiber or FTTH networks.
● Good understanding of fiber rollout, site coordination, and field deployment processes.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow deadlines, and work effectively in teams.
● Proficient in MS Office and documentation/reporting tools.
● Willingness to work in Phnom Penh and support field visits when required.
