- Plan and prepare planting and harvesting schedules.
- Manage and oversee daily operations including watering, weeding, and inspecting.
- Identify sources of raw materials such as seeds, organic manure, agricultural tools, and equipment and proceed with purchasing.
- Develop productivity and improvement plans.
- Perform regular checks and tests on soil quality, water quality, organic manure quality, and other aspects for a healthy environment.
- Recruit and train farm staff.
