Bonus Points:
1. Strong negotiation skills with merchants and brands, especially experience in business negotiations with large supermarkets and modern trade channels, capable of effectively communicating and negotiating cooperation terms, pricing mechanisms, promotional resources, and long-term cooperation models.
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in large supermarkets or modern trade channels (e.g., KA liaison, category management, supermarket BD, etc.), familiar with the cooperation models, commercial terms, and internal processes of large supermarkets.
3. Excellent teamwork skills, able to work efficiently with operations, supply chain, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure the smooth launch of supermarkets, execution of activities, and daily operations.
4. Understanding of supermarket operation logic, including SKU management, pricing systems, promotional rhythms, inventory and fulfillment; experience in developing or implementing new retail (online + offline integration) projects is preferred.
