Maintain daily communication with customer service, risk control, driver management, and vehicle management teams, and follow up on specific driver or passenger cases. Complete other operational support tasks assigned by leadership.

Fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in reading and writing Chinese preferred. Proficient in using common office software, with the ability to skillfully use Excel for basic data processing.
