- Plan and prepare planting and harvesting schedules.- Manage and oversee daily operations including watering, weeding, and inspecting.- Identify sources of raw materials such as seeds, organic manure, agricultural tools, and equipment and proceed with purchasing.- Develop productivity and improvement plans.- Perform regular checks and tests on soil quality, water quality, organic manure quality, and other aspects for a healthy environment.- Recruit and train farm staff.
