An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain and update the fixed asset register accurately.
  • Record acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation per standards and company policies.
  • Calculate and post monthly depreciation on time.
  • Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconcile with records.
  • Track asset tagging, location, and responsible departments.
  • Prepare fixed asset schedules and reports for management and audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation for purchases, disposals, and write-offs.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations on asset movements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax rules, and Cambodian accounting standards.
  • Report discrepancies, impairments, or obsolete assets.
  • Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in fixed asset or general accounting.
  • Knowledge of fixed asset management, depreciation, and accounting standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential data.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to assist in physical asset counts.
