A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Business Partnership

  • Partner with department heads to understand business needs and workforce requirements.
  • Provide HR insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Support organizational development initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments.
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees.


3. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Ensure timely resolution of workplace issues.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and a healthy work environment.

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal cycles.
  • Guide managers on goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

  • Identify performance gaps and recommend development actions.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Track employee development and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.

7. Compensation & Benefits Support

  • Provide C&B insights to managers during hiring and salary revisions.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports (attendance, attrition, hiring, etc.).
  • Use data to identify trends and suggest improvements.

职位要求

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, •Business Administration, or related field.
•2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in HRBP or generalist roles).
•Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
