A Big Opportunity for ...

Support identifying new business partner for growing CASA and fee base incomes and expand corporate payment ecosystem
Assist in organizing documents or forms for client who intend to be partnerships by using KB PRASAC services
Support cross-selling KB PRASAC BANK’s products and services, and other banking services to the publics based on KB PRASAC BANK standard
Assist any activities to be held in the public to promote KB PRASAC’s brand visibilities
Support and help addressing any complaints or dissatisfaction or suggestions of client or partnerships
Conduct market research and due diligence on prospective partners, prepare shortlist for Unit Manager review
Liaise directly with Compliance & Legal on MOU/agreement drafting and review
Coordinate with IT/Digital Banking teams on integration scoping and UAT execution for assigned partners
Conduct regular partner performance reviews and prepare performance reports
Handle escalated partner issues that Officers cannot resolve independently
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 of experience in banking, corporate/institutional relationship management, or business development
Experience in proposal writing, financial analysis, and partner negotiation
Solid understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and payment systems
Familiarity with payment systems, MOU/legal documentation processes, and compliance basics
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment
Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team spirit
Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High personal integrity, morality, and able to work under pressure
Willingness to frequently travel.
