An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Assist Manager to develop Bancassurance sale strategies for achieving the annual target of unit and bank’s profitability.
Assist Manager to develop and provide technical and strategic supports to branches by ensuring the branches could achieve their sale targets through retain and grow businesses base, sustain, and increase profitability.
Assist Manager to monitor and coach unit’s member and implement the sale strategy to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both individual and team(s).
Assist Manager to conduct market analysis review and trend to determine potential client segment and business segments, propose for updating sale strategies.
Assist Manager to conduct periodic branch’s sale monitor review to find out the real weaknesses in each branch on Banca’s sale; then recommend and coach guideline on Banca sale strategy to all branch level for implementation.
Other tasks assigned by Management.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a commercial bank with good knowledge of commercial banking products and services and insurance business
Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit and ability to communicate with high-net-worth persons and potential clients
High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with customer’s and bank’s information.
Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans to comply with set targets.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Willing to travel to province.
