An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Oversee insurance operations: Manage and supervise all insurance-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Develop PFM strategies: Create and implement strategies for personal financial management services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with insurance and PFM products
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new insurance and PFM products.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on the performance of insurance and PFM products

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services, with a focus on personal financial management
Strong understanding of insurance products, PFM services, and market dynamics
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and market research
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
