Job Summary
The National Employment Agency (NEA) is seeking an Interior Design Manager to lead creative space planning, coordinate project delivery, and ensure functional, high-quality interiors that support a professional government environment in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead interior design concept development, space planning, and design standards for assigned projects.
● Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
● Review drawings, materials, finishes, and specifications to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
● Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules while resolving design and site-related issues.
● Guide design presentations, documentation, and revisions from concept through completion.

● Oversee BOQs, fit-outs, and material selections with QS and procurement to meet budgets and quality.
 ● Coordinate with architects, site managers, and workshops, making site visits to ensure accurate implementation.

● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
● Proven experience in interior design management or project coordination, preferably in complex environments.
● Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, detailing, and construction documentation.
● Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
● Proficiency in relevant design software and MS Office applications.
