An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for retail staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and shift schedules.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and staff data.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and notices.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with HR reports and filing.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
