• Promote CASA & Term Deposit products during field visits
• Assess customer needs & recommend solutions
• Source customers via branches, agents, merchants, corporates, and referrals
• Support digital onboarding (eKYC, mobile app) & follow up on activation
CASA Deposit Growth
• Promote credit card products to potential customers
• Source leads through multiple field channels
• Assist with card applications and track approval progress
• Ensure card activation within required timelines
Customer Insights & Gemba
• Conduct customer pain-point interviews and observations
• Perform regular Gemba visits with proper evidence
• Collect customer feedback and log insights in Jira
• Identify gaps in service, product, process, or platform impacting customer experience
Insight Reporting & RCA
• Submit Field Insight Summaries within 24 hours after each visit.
• Accurately tag insights in Jira.
• Escalate urgent issues within 2 hours.
• Participate in RCA sessions with field-level evidence.
