Job Purpose:

The L&D Specialist supports the execution of learning and development initiatives by delivering training programs, coordinating learning activities, and ensuring effective implementation of learning solutions to enhance team member capabilities across stores and support functions, in alignment with DFI Lucky’s operational and business needs.


Learning Program Execution

  • Support the implementation of training plans and learning initiatives in line with L&D priorities
  • Execute Training programs across stores and support functions to build operational and service capabilities

Training Coordination & Operation

  • Ensure smooth and effective execution of training sessions and learning events
  • Manage training attendance, records, and documentation
  • Organize and coordinate training schedules and logistics

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitation engaging and interactive learning sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and application
  • Support and reinforce on-the-job training (On-the-Job Training)
  • Assist in delivery structure development programs and campaigns as assigned

Content Development & Learning Technology

  • Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations
  • Support the implementation and utilization of Learning Management System
  • Track learner engagement and completion

Training Evaluation & Reporting

  • Collect participant feedback and evaluation results after training sessions
  • Monitor training completion and follow up with participants by tracking key metrics such as attendance, completion rates, and feedback score
  • Prepare regular training reports and provide insights for continuous improvement

Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with store cross-functions and internal team to support training needs
  • Provide training execution support for new store openings, campaigns, and operational initiatives

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or retail operations
  • Hands-on experience delivering training sessions (e.g., onboarding, customer service, SOP, or operational training)
  • Experience in training coordination and supporting learning programs implementation
  • Exposure to Learning Management System and digital learning platforms
