  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Monthly update on market and competition
  • Strategic Insight Generation: Strategic insights to drive campaigns to achieve improved ROI > 30%
  • Customer Trend Monitoring: Monitoring customer trends and help plan retention and reduce churn by 20%
  • Support Strategic Planning & Campaigns: Support overall campaigns to increase the active app base YOY by 50%
  • External Partnerships & Tools: Liaise with agencies to do timely surveys for brand positioning
  • Stakeholder & Team Management: Team KPIs achievement; cross-functional alignment
  • Analytics & Reporting: Insight-driven decision rate; data dashboard usage

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking trends, user acquisition, customer engagement, and app-based services.
  • Familiarity with the Cambodian banking and fintech landscape is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of key digital metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV, DAU/MAU), and how market factors influence these.
  • Comfort working with market data, surveys, competitor intelligence, and synthesizing insights.
