A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Supervise day-to-day mall operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures of the mall
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall mall condition                                                                                                   

2. Team Supervision

  • Lead and coordinate operations staff (cleaning, security, maintenance teams)
  • Assign tasks and monitor staff performance
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members                                                                                                                             

3. Tenant Coordination

  • Act as point of contact for tenants regarding operational issues
  • Ensure tenants comply with mall rules and regulations
  • Support tenant onboarding (fit-out, opening preparation)                                                                                                         

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for shoppers
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Support crowd control and customer flow management                                                                                                              

5. Facilities & Maintenance

  • Monitor mall facilities, utilities, and equipment
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure all systems (lighting, AC, escalators, lifts) are functioning properly                                                                         

6. Safety & Security

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • Coordinate with security team to manage risks and incidents
  • Assist in emergency response (fire drills, evacuation, etc.)                                                                                                         

7. Event & Promotion Support

  • Support mall events, promotions, and marketing activities
  • Ensure smooth setup and execution of events
  • Coordinate logistics with tenants and vendors                                                                                                                                   

8. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
  • Report incidents, maintenance issues, and tenant concerns
  • Maintain proper documentation of operations activities

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in mall operations, retail, or facilities management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
