As a Member Experience Associate, your job is to make sure members have great days at Commune Work. That means being warm and welcoming, but it also means being organized, observant and proactive. On others, you may be setting up meeting rooms, solving an access issue in Spacebring (our coworking management software), coordinating with the operations team or helping prepare a community event. The common thread is simple: you help make the member experience feel effortless.
