Job Summary
Experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily workflows, coordinate teams, and support smooth business operations. This role focuses on service quality, problem-solving, and efficient task execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time
● Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth workflow and service delivery
● Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement practical solutions
● Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
● Support customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns professionally
● Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and deadlines

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or related field
● Proven experience in operations, customer service, or support roles
● Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
● Good communication skills in English and Khmer

● Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to service excellence
