Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchant Operation Chinese Speaking position, located in Phnom Penh. The role involves managing and supporting merchant operations, coordinating with merchants to ensure smooth transactions, resolving any issues that may arise, and liaising with the team to improve processes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends, developing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with merchants.

• Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in merchant operations, customer support, and relationship management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using digital platforms and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in e-commerce or lifestyle services is a plus
