Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Build long-term supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Ensure supplier compliance with Cambodian laws and company standards.
• Manage purchasing of retail inventory, store supplies, and operational services.
• Coordinate with merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Approve purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare procurement budgets and track spending against targets.
• Implement cost control measures and value-for-money initiatives.
• Ensure procurement practices comply with Cambodian tax and import regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
• Mitigate risks related to supplier reliability, pricing volatility, and delivery delays.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team; assign tasks and review performance.
• Provide training on procurement systems and compliance updates.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and store teams to align procurement with business needs.
• Perform other tasks assigns by the line manager.
