Manage Premium lounge and ensure the highest quality of service is offered
Identify the benefit offering as a package and make recommendation to line manager

Bachelor degree in business administration or other related fields.
Minimum four years experiences in related positions
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications of word, excel, power point …
Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
A strong network of relationships, particularly with SME, commercial, and high-profile individual consumers is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills in person or in writing with individuals and with wide variety of individual, organizations or companies
Be initiative, honestly, hardworking
Good at problem solving skills.
