Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition, build strong client relationships, and support growth in Phnom Penh. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated communicator who enjoys field sales, meeting targets, and learning in a fast-paced engineering and machinery environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Visit prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services in the field.
● Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries to close sales.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and professional service.
● Present product features, pricing, and solutions clearly to match customer needs.
● Prepare sales reports, update customer records, and share market feedback with the team.
● Support after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with entry-level sales experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with outdoor work, client visits, and achieving sales targets.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, or business development.

• Ability to build client trust, handle objections professionally, and maintain positive relationships.

• Good time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Must be based in Phnom Penh or willing to work in Chbar Ampov area.

• Candidates with technical knowledge or experience in the solar industry will be given priority.
