RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to understand and fulfill customer-specific requirements related to ISP services and solutions.
• Perform day-to-day sales activities, including proactive customer outreach, prospecting, site visits, and preparation of sales quotations.
• Promote and increase SINET brand awareness through sales activities, customer engagement, and market presence.
• Collect market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor activities, pricing, and service offerings, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with Technical Support and relevant internal teams to follow up on customer issues, complaints, and service-related inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales performance, and market feedback.
• Perform other tasks and assignments as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Good communication skills in Khmer English and (Chinese is an advantage).
• Fresh graduate or 1year of sales experience, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or technology-related industries.
• Willing to conduct field sales activities, gather customer information, meet prospects, and close sales deals.
• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to provincial areas as required for sales activities.
