Manage and grow both existing and potential customer accounts, ensuring consistent customer contact and strong relationships.
Support the Assistant Director of Sales in sales planning, budget preparation, and act as deputy in their absence.
Handle both leisure and corporate segments, driving room night production and achieving annual revenue targets for Rooms and F&B.
Develop target account lists, acquisition strategies, and maintain active market presence locally and internationally.
Conduct sales calls, market research, site inspections, and represent the hotel at domestic and international sales activities.
Monitor market and competitor trends, prepare customer reports, and ensure timely follow-up.
Manage customer databases, maintain accurate records, and participate actively in sales meetings and events.
Provide support to team members, uphold brand and hotel policies, and continuously improve personal performance.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall sales and marketing objectives
