Sales Officer (5 Positions)

We are looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Officers to promote Suvannaphum Investment Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and attract local and international investors to establish their factories and businesses with us.

📍 Location: Head Office – Tuol Kork
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
💰 Salary: USD 400–600 (Based on qualifications & experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential investors and manufacturers.
• Promote industrial land and factory space within us.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
• Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and follow up with prospective investors.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to increasing occupancy within us.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service throughout the investment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 3 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
